Returns & exchanges
Choose the information about return deadlines, and if you'd like to return an order – register a return.
Standard return deadlines:
Customers from Poland: Returns or exchanges are possible within 21 days of receiving the parcel. For a return to the store – the deadline may be extended to 30 days.
International customers: Returns or exchanges are possible within 30 days of receiving the parcel. For a return to the store – the deadline may be extended to 45 days.
Deadlines are counted from the day the order is received. We do not accept returns of unwanted products after the applicable return deadline has passed.
Extended return deadlines (holiday season):
To make holiday shopping easier, we extend return deadlines for orders placed between 20 November – 26 December 2026. Details:
Customers from Poland: Returns or exchanges until 15 January 2027, and a return to the store until 31 January 2027.
International customers: Returns or exchanges until 21 January 2027, and a return to the store until 31 January 2027.
Free exchange and return for VIP club customers.
