After purchase you'll receive a unique code to use when placing an order.

Gift Card terms of use

• The gift card is valid only in the KochamMode online store (www.kochammode.com). It cannot be used in physical stores (if any exist).
• The card carries a unique code that you enter at checkout in the “Discount code” or “Gift card code” field.
• The amount will be deducted automatically from the order value. If the order value exceeds the card amount, you can pay the difference with a standard payment method.
• The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be converted into other means of payment.
• The card can be used once or multiple times — until its balance is used up.
• The card is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. After that, any unused balance expires. (Does not apply to VIP members)
• If goods paid for with the card are returned, the refund will be issued to the gift card or as discounts — in accordance with the store's terms.

Rewards – loyalty program

The “Rewards” program means points for purchases that you can exchange for discounts and bonuses. It's our way of thanking you for your trust and for building KochamMode together.

• The “Rewards” program is available only to customers shopping in the www.kochammode.com online store.
• Rewards cannot be used in physical stores.
• For every purchase we grant loyalty points that you can exchange for discounts or other rewards available in the store.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to other people.
• Points are valid for 12 months from the date they're granted. After that, unused points expire.
• If products are returned or claimed, the points granted for those purchases will be cancelled or deducted from your account accordingly.
• Special conditions or promotions may apply in the program; we announce them on the “Rewards” page or in the store's terms.

Example rewards

• Discounts on your next order: 10%, 20%, 30% after collecting a set number of points.
• Mini add-ons to your order (e.g. socks, scarves).
• A chosen product for free after earning more points.
• A gift card for a set amount in exchange for collected points.
