Promotion duration

Each promotion has a defined validity period, stated in the terms of the given offer or directly next to the product covered by the promotion. After this period, the promotion expires automatically.

Conditions for using a promotion

• The promotion applies when the conditions stated in the offer are met (e.g. a minimum order value).
• Some promotions may apply to selected products, collections or sizes.
• An offer may include a quantity limit (e.g. while stocks last) or a per-customer limit.
• We always present the details with the given promotion or on the product page.

Discounts and promo codes

Discounts may be applied automatically in the cart or require a promo code. Each code is individual, single-use and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Returns and complaints in a promotion

If you return a product bought in a promotion, the discount amount will be accounted for accordingly in the settlement. The refund is made in accordance with the store terms and the chosen payment method.

Changing and cancelling a promotion

KochamMode reserves the right to change the rules of a promotion or to cancel it at any time. We announce changes on the store website or in messages regarding the given offer.
